In-App Purchases on Facebook

To make an in-game purchase using a computer, click any item or choose to purchase in-game cash or coins.

To add a new payment method:

  1. Click   Add New Payment Method.
  2. To add your credit or debit card, select   Add New Card. To remove a payment method, select   Remove.
  3. You'll now be prompted to enter your payment details. Click   Buy when you've finished this.

If you purchased an item on Facebook but did not receive it, please do the following:

It's possible that you've successfully completed a game payment, but you haven't received the in-game item yet. Keep in mind that during busy periods, it can take up to 4 hours for your purchases to appear in your game.

If you think there's an issue with the game, try verifying that your payment was successfully completed by checking your payment history:

  1. Click the desired payment to view your receipt and verify that your payment was successfully completed.
  2. If you've confirmed you haven't received your in-game items and it's been more than 4 hours, notify us by clicking  Contact Customer Support on the receipt and follow the instructions by selecting  Didn't receive in-game item(s) I purchased and then selecting the payment you didn't receive items for.
